• A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returns not resulting from manufacturer defect or shipping error. 
• DécoPro is not responsible for customer error in ordering (e.g. wrong item, size or color) and no returns will be accepted without our return authorization. Under these circumstances buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and in instances of orders with free shipping, DécoPro will deduct initial shipping costs from the refund amount. 
• Buyer should contact DécoPro within 7 Days after receiving the item 
• Returns accepted within 30 days of Purchased with Returns Authorization. 
• Items must be in new condition 
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories 
• Returns on cut yardage (items sold by the yard/cut to order) will only be accepted in cases of manufacturer defect or if DécoPro is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
