We have a return policy of 30 Days for Whole Units (I.E: Key Tassels,Tiebacks, Value Packs, Put-Ups, etc.. If you ordered Custom Cut yardage (By the Yard) you cannot return it as it was cut to a custom size. Note: all returns can be subject up to a 20% restocking fee

How is cut yardage cut?
You will always receive Cut Yardage in one long piece. There is a limit depending on the product of how long it can be. if your order exceeds the maximum, rest assured that we will contact you before shipping it it multiple pieces.
Do you take Walk-ins?
Absolutely! we love giving customers the chance to view and hold the product before buying. our operating hours are: Monday - Thursday / 9am - 6pm, Friday / 9am - 4pm
How long will it take for my item to ship
If your order was placed before 2:00pm EST it will leave our warehouse the same day that you placed the order.
How long will my item take to arrive after it was shipped?
We are located in Philadelphia, PA. Depending on how far away you are it can be 4-7 business days. If you live outside of the United States, it may be up to 1-2 Weeks.
Do you have samples?
Yes! we have Swatches/Samples available for anything that is sold by the yard. The first 4 are free (including shipping) if you want more than 4 then you will be charged $1 - $2 for every additional Swatch/Sample and depending on how much you order you may be charged $4.99 for shipping. Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
